About Lyvayko Building Systems

Lyvayko Building Systems is a licensed general contractor (CA License #990054) based in San Marcos. We handle bathroom, kitchen and whole-home remodels from design through installation, with an in-house Design Center for material selection.

The company is owned and operated by Michael and Michael Kolyvayko, who manage each project from the first consultation through the final walkthrough. Our standard is straightforward: correct installation, quality materials and clear communication throughout the job.
